Sarcastic Cosmetics is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf. We are proud to be apart of the PETA organization.

Q. How often do you restock merchandise?
Restocks are done on a MONTHLY basis.


Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?
All sales are final. In some cases, orders are shipped before 5-7 business days.
How can I change my address after I placed an order?
You may email customer service at info@sarcasticcosmetics.com. 
Address corrections require a $5.00 processing fee.
NOTE: There is a possibility that an order may get shipped in less than 24 hours.
NOTE: All emails will receive a response within 48 BUSINESS hours. (email responses may get delayed due to high volume time)

 

RETURNED TO SENDER

Q. What happens if my order is returned to sender? 

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. Sarcastic Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will forfeit your order. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Sarcastic Cosmetics may be purchased using Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All Sales Are Final.
